Who is itPaula Dultra?

Who imagines having breast cancer at age 30? Nobody, right? I didn't even imagine it, but I did. It was in 2010 that my life changed.

I had breast cancer at the age of 30, I founded the blog Mão na Mama, I met incredible people, I learned a lot, I helped a lot of people and I was helped too, I saw myself as a speaker, I had ovarian cancer at the age of 38, I discovered a rare genetic mutation, I became an influencer digital, content creator, I changed my whole personal and professional life and much more.

Over here, you You'll get to know a lot about my story, my projects, other people's impactful stories, quality news and information about the area and, especially, you'll understand how I can impact the lives of those who discovered cancer and warn those who don't!

Let's go on this journey together?

When I discovered my breast cancer and went to Google things (lol) @maonamama was one of the few profiles that addressed the topic in a clear and calm way, bringing the patient's experience. It was very important in my process!

The blog takes the stigma out of the disease. It's good for patients, survivors and prevention. I keep following because you share your experiences with a unique lightness!
